    Yes, Oakcrest offers lunch service daily. Vignola Gourmet offers lunch on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Chick-fil-A offers lunch on Thursday.

  • What are the hours of the school day?

    The school day begins at 7:50 am and ends at 3:00 pm. 
  • Do you offer transportation?

  • How does the mentoring program work at Oakcrest?

    Each student has a female mentor who meets with her regularly in one-on-one meetings. Mentors work in partnership with students' parents and students can seek out their mentors for advice and encouragement any time. Learn more about mentoring here

    Oakcrest is guided by the teachings of the Catholic Church and the spirituality of Opus Dei.

    Opus Dei, a personal prelature of the Catholic Church, provides guidance for the doctrinal and spiritual formation offered at Oakcrest. Latin for “Work of God,” Opus Dei puts forth the message that one’s everyday endeavors are opportunities to grow closer to God, to serve others and to improve society.

    Oakcrest is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS/CASI) and the Middle States Association Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools (MSA-CSS). Oakcrest is a member of the Virginia Council for Private Education (VCPE) and the National Catholic Education Association (NCEA).
