Application Deadlines
Thank you for your interest in Oakcrest School. We are no longer accepting applications for the 2024-2025 academic year.
- Applications for the 2025-2026 academic year will open in early August.
- The Upper School application deadline is December 19, 2024.
- The Middle School application deadline is January 16, 2025.

Application Requirements
In order to apply to Oakcrest School, prospective students must complete steps 1-4 by the above application deadlines.
1. Complete Online Application (Online Applications will open early August)
2. Submit Transcripts from the current school year and two prior years. Transcripts must be sent directly to Oakcrest Admissions, either by email or by regular mail.
3. Submit Three Recommendations. Recommendations must be submitted through OakcrestConnect or by email to Oakcrest Admissions.
4. Shadow Visit (See details below)
5. Upper School applicants must submit either HSPT scores or Upper Level SSAT scores. HSPT scores must be submitted directly to the Admissions Office by the applicant's family.

Shadow Visits
Upon completion of the candidate's online application form, a member of the admissions team will reach out to schedule a shadow visit date. Your daughter will be paired with a current student to attend morning classes and have lunch with her student hostess. During your daughter's shadow visit, she will complete a 20 minute writing exercise and a member of the admissions team will conduct an interview. A shadow visit is an excellent opportunity for your daughter to experience the life of an Oakie.
Parent Interviews
Once the Admissions Office receives the online application and supporting materials, we will reach out to schedule the parent interview. Both parents are requested to be present. This in-person conversation allows us to get to know your family better. It is also a great opportunity for you to learn more about our school mission and philosophy.
Tuition Assistance
The FACTS Tuition Assistance application for the 2025-2026 school year will open on November 1, 2024. The deadline for the application is January 16, 2025. Please contact the Business Office with any questions regarding Tuition Assistance.
