Come Visit!

Start your Oakcrest journey with a visit to our beautiful campus during our Fall Open House on Saturday, Oct. 22 from 10 am to 1 pm.  

We offer private tours daily, contact our Admissions team to schedule a visit.

Supporting Materials

In order to apply to Oakcrest School, prospective students must complete:

  • Online Application
  • Submit Transcripts from the current school year and two prior years
  • Three Recommendations
  • SSAT or HSPT test scores 

All necessary forms are available through OakcrestConnect.

Transcripts must be sent directly to Oakcrest Admissions, either by email or by regular mail. Recommendations must be submitted through OakcrestConnect or by email to Oakcrest Admissions. 

Upper School applicants must submit either HSPT scores or Upper Level SSAT scores. 

Application deadlines

Upper School applications and supporting documentation are due on December 16, 2022.  HSPT and SSAT scores will be accepted up to January 18, 2023.
 
Middle School applications and all supporting documentation are due on January 18, 2023.

Interviews

Once a candidate’s application and supporting materials have been received, the student and parent interviews will be scheduled.  

Tuition Assistance

The FACTS Tuition Assistance application will open on November 1, 2022. Applicants must complete and submit the FACTS application by January 18, 2023 in order to be considered for a Tuition Assistance grant.  Please contact the Business Office with any questions regarding Tuition Assistance.
