Start your Oakcrest journey with a visit to our beautiful campus during our Open House on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. 

We offer private tours daily, contact our Admissions team to schedule a visit.   

Application Deadlines

We are no longer accepting applications for the 2023-2024 school year. 

Applications for the 2024-2025 school year are now open. Please contact with any questions about the application process. 

Upper School applications are due by December 14, 2023. 
Middle School applications are due by January 17, 2024.

Supporting Materials

In order to apply to Oakcrest School, prospective students must complete:

  • Online Application
  • Submit Transcripts from the current school year and two prior years. Transcripts must be sent directly to Oakcrest Admissions, either by email or by regular mail. Recommendations must be submitted through OakcrestConnect or by email to Oakcrest Admissions. 
  • Three Recommendations
  • Upper School applicants must submit either HSPT scores or Upper Level SSAT scores. 

All necessary forms are available through OakcrestConnect.

Shadow Visits

Upon completion of the candidate's application form, a member of the admissions team will reach out to schedule a shadow visit date. Your daughter will be paired with a current student to attend morning classes and have lunch with her student hostess. It will be a fun day experiencing the life of an Oakie firsthand.

Student and Parent Interviews

Once a candidate’s application and supporting materials have been received, a member of the admissions team will reach out to schedule the student and parent interviews.  

Tuition Assistance

The FACTS Tuition Assistance application will open on November 1, 2023. Applicants must complete and submit the FACTS application by January 17, 2024 in order to be considered for a Tuition Assistance grant.  Please contact the Business Office with any questions regarding Tuition Assistance.
