Volleyball with Coach McPheeters

Want to improve your game? If so, there is no better way to spend your day than by attending a week-long program focused on all aspects of playing competitive volleyball. Establish, refresh, and/or enhance fundamental skills as you develop a deeper understanding of the mental and physical aspects of the game through various drills and game play. We will cover blocking, serving, passing, setting and receiving serve by introducing new drills each day that are tailored to a player’s age and/or ability. You will also scrimmage to maximize the number of ball touches in a game-like setting. We will also cover proper footwork and game strategies. Join Coach Rita, Oakcrest JV volleyball coach, current travel team club coach, and a former USAV volleyball player with existing CAP 1, Positive Coaching, IMPACT and SafeSport certifications for a FUN‑filled week of volleyball.
