Volleyball Coaches

Title: Volleyball Coaches
Department: Athletics
Reports to: Athletic Director
Position Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the coaches to plan and execute practices to teach athletes skills and strategies of the sport.
• Plan and execute team strategies.
• Attend all practices and competitions.
• Be up to date on sport rules.
• Be aware of and understand league rules and policies.
• Supervise athletes during practices, games and other team events. Including supervising until all athletes have been picked up from the event.
• Abide by and promote sound ethics according to the mission and philosophy of Oakcrest School.
• Discuss with the Athletic Director any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

• Clean background check as required by law.
• Playing experience at the club or equivalent level.
• Understanding of the rules and basic skills of the sport.

Contract period:

• August 19 to November 1, 2024
