Oakcrest School is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented full-time Admissions Associate to join our dynamic Office of Admissions.
Position Summary:
The Admissions Associate will have the opportunity to grow in the understanding of independent school admissions while working in our dynamic, fast-paced Admissions Office. The Admissions Associate will support the day-to-day operation of the Office of Admissions and will report directly to the Director of Admissions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support including answering calls/emails, scheduling tours, shadow visits, school visits, and fairs; preparing materials for events

Organize and maintain electronic and paper admissions files; update applicant database

Greet visiting students and families during tours, shadow visits, Open Houses, and other admissions events

Coordinate student and parent ambassadors for events

Schedule and prepare materials for shadow visits

Assist with admissions meetings and special events

Represent Oakcrest School at school visits and fairs

Conduct campus tours for prospective families

Order supplies for the Admissions Office and events

Clearly communicate Oakcrest’s mission to prospective families
