Build your endurance, energy and soccer skills in this intense week of soccer camp. Play a lot of soccer with break out sessions of specific skills - passing, shooting, ball control. HIIT sessions (High Intensity Interval Training) will involve conditioning and weight training with a focus on proper form, injury prevention, and muscle importance. Each session will end with 30 minutes of ROM (Range of Motion) recovery and flexibility.
Students should bring a large water bottle, snack and lunch each day.
