Class of 2021 Celebrates College Acceptances

Oakcrest is celebrating the members of its senior class, who have been admitted into universities around the country, including Columbia University, the United States Coast Guard Academy, Cornell University, Vanderbilt University, University of Virginia, and Georgia Institute of Technology. 

"I am exceptionally proud of the Class of 2021!” says Oakcrest Director of College Counseling Miranda Johnson. “In a year with so many uncertainties and new policies, they did exceptionally well in researching, applying, and in their application outcomes. The Class of 2021 really stands out with their dedication to service, which could be seen throughout all of their applications. I believe this was one characteristic that made our students shine in their application reviews. Congratulations, Class of 2021!"

Oakcrest will celebrate its senior class with its traditional Baccalaureate Mass on Friday, June 4 and an outdoor Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, June 5.
