March 4 Updates

Varsity Basketball made history by winning their first game in the State Tournament. This was the first time Oakcrest has won a game in the state tournament. The Chargers beat Fredericksburg Christian School 57-44. Natalie M. was the top scorer of the night with 21 points and right behind her was Gabby B. with 17 points.

 

They continued on to Richmond to play The Steward School, ending with a tough loss to the number two school in Division II 40-72. Elisabeth D. was the top scorer of the night with 15 points and Gabby B. was right behind her with 13 points.

 

Gabby B. moved up to become the 3rd highest career point holder with 866 points.
