Oakcrest Upper School Theatre to perform "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown"

Oakcrest School is pleased to announce its Upper School Theatre production of You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. The musical follows the story of Charlie Brown and his friends based on the characters of cartoonist Charles Schulz in his infamous comic strip, Peanuts. Through dance and song, Charlie and his friends discover what it truly means to be a “good man”.

Directed by Dr. Kristin O’Malley Ricci, Oakcrest Visual and Performing Arts Master Teacher and Theatre Director, and with music directed by Sarah Wilcox, music teacher, the Oakcrest show will also feature the support of Elisa Torres, visual arts teacher in tech, and Dr. Kat Hussmann, science teacher, with choreography. You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown will include performances from more than 20 students, as well as a crew of students working behind the scenes.

Performances will take place on Friday, November 3 and Saturday, November 4 at 7:00 pm at Enrst Theatre in Annandale, Virginia. Learn more about the Oakcrest Theatre department here
