Take a delicious trip around the world exploring the cuisines of France, Mexico, Italy, Japan, and Peru. In the morning we will learn fun facts about each of these countries, make recipes from each country, and build a recipe book. In the afternoon we will have confectionary training to learn how to make lollipops, how to decorate with candy melts, and buttercream piping. The last day of camp, we will decorate a 4th of July cake to take home using all the skills learned through the week. We will learn the skills to forge lasting and real friendships by throwing a dinner party with ease. The class will be taught by Luz Gonzalez and Rosa Elmetti who share a passion in culinary arts and travel.
Students should bring a water bottle and lunch every day.
