How to Apply

To apply to Oakcrest School, please provide:

  • Completed Family Application and Candidate Application and return to the school along with the $50 fee.
  • Submit English Teacher Recommendation, Math Teacher Recommendation, School Recommendation and Transcript Release Forms completed by the students current school.
  • Testing: SSAT, ISEE, HSPT assessment results
  • Parent Interview
  • Student interviews for applicants to grade 7 and higher occur while the student is visiting the school. For applicants to grade 6, participation in a Taste of Oakcrest is scheduled.

Applicants to Oakcrest may apply on-line, download and complete the electronic forms, or request a paper application from the Admission Office. Applications to Oakcrest are available in downloadable format online by clicking on each of the forms on the Admissions Process page.
