Welcome back to Oakcrest!  This website section is dedicated to helping you and your classmates renew and maintain your connection with the Oakcrest family, past and present. Whether you attended Oakcrest on Idaho Avenue, Yuma Street or Balls Hill Road, you share a common bond with over 600 other young women – you are an "Oakie."   

As Oakcrest alumnae, you hold a special place within the Oakcrest family and contribute in a unique way to the life and mission of Oakcrest. We hope that this website will help you stay connected with each other and with Oakcrest!

 

VISIT  US!

We love seeing you! Alumnae are always welcome to visit Oakcrest when the school is open and to attend the 9:50 am daily Mass (weekdays only). Alumnae are also invited to attend school events, including the Founder’s Mass and Brunch, Gala & Auction, Middle School Show, Christmas Concert, Family Christmas Mass and Brunch, Upper School Show, Fine Arts Night, Spring Concert, Baccalaureate Mass and Graduation. For exact dates and times, please check the Alumnae Events Calendar and the full Oakcrest calendar.

ALUMNAE VOLUNTEER & SPEAKING OPPORTUNITIES

Alumnae play leadership roles in helping Oakcrest reach its educational and philanthropic goals. Alumnae have served as interviewers and judges for the prestigious Veritas Award, as Event Chairs for school events and fundraisers, as speakers at Open Houses, and as lecturers for character workshops and seminars.  Alumnae have also come to campus to speak with students on a variety of issues, such as careers and colleges.  We are always looking for alumnae who would be interested in visiting Oakcrest and speaking to our students about their many different experiences and professions. If you are available to volunteer or be a guest speaker at Oakcrest, please contact us.

Oakcrest, my alma mater, is truly a “mother of souls”…Oakcrest provides the foundation of a person for the rest of her life.  At Oakcrest, young women develop confidence and a vocational sense of life – they discern what it means to be human, and what it means to be a woman.
